Since mid-December 2010, the nation's egg prices have been basically stable. Monitoring data shows that as of January 2, 2011, the nation's egg prices remained unchanged for five consecutive days. Compared to December 15, 2010, the rise or fall in egg prices in more than 80% of provinces and regions was less than 2.0%. However, compared to the same period last year, the current egg prices are still at a high level.
