The Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Commodity Trading and Related Service Activities requires that enterprises or operators engaged in business activities display prominently on their webpages the information registered on their business licenses, or an electronic link to such a license.
Natural persons engaging in commodity trading and related service activities via the internet must apply to the operators providing online trading platform services, submitting their real identity information such as name and address. If they meet the conditions for registration, they shall legally register with the industrial and commercial authorities.
