Introduction to Conference Service Items

The conference services provided by Jetong International include three parts: before the conference, during the conference, and after the conference. The main contents are as follows:

I. Before the conference:

1. Negotiate with the conference organizer.

2. Provide information on tickets, car tickets, conference hotels, venues, transportation, etc. required for the conference. And provide a complete conference planning proposal to the conference party.

3. Assign dedicated personnel to assist customers in conducting on-site inspections of the eating, accommodation, conference venue, tourism, entertainment, and other related aspects of the conference location.

4. Confirm the plan, sign the contract, and prepay the deposit.

II. During the conference:

1. Conference reception: Dedicated personnel responsible for etiquette, pick-up, and other services at the airport and train station. Set up welcome banners, welcome signs, registration desks, and directional signs in advance at the hotel and meeting room.

2. Pre-conference preparation: Prepare all necessary conference materials, supplies, speeches, and other relevant items for the conference.

3. Conference venue: Assign dedicated personnel to check the meeting room banners, lighting, sound system, tea drinks, etc.

4. Conference accommodation: Confirm room floors and room numbers, inquire if there are any special requirements.

5. Conference catering: Confirm meal times, dining standards, and special guests (such as Muslim dietary requirements).

6. Conference tourism: Confirm travel itineraries, vehicles, guides, and whether additional scenic spots need to be added.

7. Conference entertainment: Confirm forms of entertainment consumption, consumption standards, and entertainment locations.

8. Conference service: Arrange group photos for conference representatives, provide secretarial services and other related services for representatives.

III. After the conference:

1. Settlement: Provide detailed cost breakdowns and explanations incurred during the conference process. Assign dedicated personnel to verify and settle accounts with clients.

2. Materials: Collect post-conference materials and create a conference directory or roster according to client requirements.
