The food is a great combination of authentic Cantonese cuisine (dim sum) blended with regional Chinese variations — including, of course, Shanghainese-style cooking. This, combined with the wonderful presentation of the dishes, is sure to make it a hit. My favorite dishes include the Peking Duck served with homemade pancakes and the Shanghai-style devil ribs. The ribs were truly amazing. And if there was ever a time I nearly fought someone over food, it would be for the jasmine tea ice cream.
