The fast development of civil aviation industry has put forward higher requirements for human resources. There are about 200,000 people working in China's civil aviation industry currently, and the average personnel-to-aircraft ratio is 200:1, much higher than the 100:1 average personnel-to-aircraft ratio in the international aviation industry. In the next 20 years, the average personnel-to-aircraft ratio in China's aviation industry will still be maintained at around 150:1.
