Service outsourcing will become a new lifeline to ease the employment pressure next year

In accordance with Beijing's plan, in 2010 Beijing's service outsourcing industry will accommodate the employment of 50,000 college students, train 50,000 talents required for service outsourcing, and add 100,000 new job positions for service outsourcing. Moreover, for technology-advanced service outsourcing enterprises that meet the requirements, the central finance will provide no more than 4500 yuan per person for enterprise training if they newly employ a junior college graduate or above to work in service outsourcing and sign a one year or longer labor contract.

For this policy, the Outsourcing Association which masters the situation of the whole country's outsourcing industry made an interpretation.
