Silver Soaring will provide the following services in respect of the advisory services on the development of operation system for wealth management:
1. Analyze the existing customer base and market situation of XX Bank, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the bank's operation of wealth management/premium customer business, and make suggestions on the market positioning of the bank's wealth management business and develop a competitive and applicable wealth management business model for the bank.
Develop the principle of customer stratification, lock the target customers, and establish the mechanism to explore potential customers;
Evaluate the level of the bank’s wealth management services and products among its peers, and provide the characteristics and advantages of relevant product services of outstanding peers, identify the gaps, and make improvement suggestions;
Develop appropriate marketing channels (including various electronic transaction channels, selection of VIP financial centers, internal layout settings) and relevant supporting plans;
Provide suggestions on establishing and maintaining the brand image of product services.
