### I. Preferential Measures:

1. **Free Franchise**

Starting from 2009, Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN) will not charge any franchise fees to join as an agent. However, we will limit the number of agents and revoke the qualifications of unqualified agents. Original agents (including former Tanglin agents) can apply for a refund of their deposits starting today.

2. **Minimum Order Quantity of One Item**

Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN) has relaxed requirements for agents, allowing orders to start with just one item. Simultaneously, we offer consignment services and collection services for the goods being represented.

### II. Safeguard Measures:

1. **Limitation on the Number of Online Store Agents**

To protect the interests of Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN) agents, starting from 2009, once a certain number of agents is reached, we will limit the recruitment of online store agents. Monthly evaluations will be conducted, and some unqualified agents' agency qualifications will be revoked. Each county-level city's physical store will be limited to one agent.

2. **Price Protection Policy**

Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN) will ensure that the provided goods are at the lowest price in the industry, offering substantial discounts to agents. We also require all agents to implement a unified price protection policy, prohibiting malicious competition. If malicious competition occurs and affects the interests of other agents, Qipu Road will strictly revoke their agency qualifications.

3. **100% Return Within 7 Days**

All consigned goods from Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN) will undergo strict quality inspections, and we have full confidence in the products we provide. To maximize the protection of agents' interests, we allow agents to apply for a 100% return of unsold goods within 7 days, provided there is no human damage.

### III. Incentive Measures:

1. **Mentorship for Junior Agents**

Everyone goes through a process of growth. We are willing to share our experience to help junior agents grow quickly. Starting from 2009, Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN) will provide dedicated mentorship personnel and relevant materials to jointly celebrate success.

2. **Reward Measures for Top Agents**

Starting from February 1, 2009, we will tally the sales data of all agents and evaluate the sales volume monthly. The agent with the highest sales volume of the month will receive a cash reward of 1000 yuan. The Top Agent of each month will be announced on Qipu Road (7PL.COM.CN).
