Chapter One: General Provisions

Article One: In order to implement the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the Labor Contract Law), these regulations are formulated.

Article Two: People's governments at all levels, relevant departments such as labor administrative departments of people's governments at or above the county level, and organizations such as trade unions shall take various measures including publicity and education to promote the implementation of the Labor Contract Law, and promote the harmony of labor relations.
