Based on this, our company has formulated a practical and feasible management plan, aiming to manage this community as the best and highest-tier residential area in Guangzhou.

2. Internally, implement a fixed staffing, quantified task, and quota-based management approach. Using scientific management methods, reasonably allocate personnel across various positions, quantify work indicators for each role, and enforce a strict and effective evaluation system. This will continuously improve the quality of the management team, laying a solid foundation for managing "XXXX" in Guangzhou effectively and providing excellent service to residents/users.
