Super Junior member Kim Ki-bum will soon return to the screen after a hiatus of one year and four months. Fans of SJ will be able to see Kim Ki-bum in the new daily drama "Good news for the family of Choon-zi". In "Good news for the family of Choon-zi", Kim Ki-bum plays the role of Jung-woo, an upright model student. Jung-woo develops compassion for Pink (played by Seo Ji-hye), who dares to fight against adversity and has a strong character. However, under the persistent pursuit of the haughty spinster Ju-ri (played by Wang Gwang-na), Jung-woo eventually writes a love song with Ju-ri. "Good news for the family of Choon-zi" is directed by director Chang Geun-seok, who previously directed the TV series "Cherish What You Have", and written by Gu Hyun-suk, who penned "Pure Love at 19". Additionally, veteran actress Go Do-shim, known as the "Nation's Mother", along with other veteran actors such as Kim Byung-se, Jeong Hye-sun, Lim Hyun-sik, Yang Hee-kyung, Yoon Mi-ra, and Kang Nam-gil, will showcase their acting skills in this drama. "Good news for the family of Choon-zi" will premiere on May 19th for Korean audiences.
