Marching in Youth Plot Download
Our army is actively promoting the Chinese military transformation with Chinese characteristics, and secretly formed a high-tech special force composed of multiple branches in Southeast Military Region,
with the code name DR Division. This is an experimental "ace unit" shrouded in mystery, and it has a great appeal to every soldier who yearns for establishing achievements.
Under the leadership of Captain Hu Yang, the team including "Little Sichuan" Chang Heping, "Fatso" Zhao Song, "Wetman" Jiang Zhiguo, "Congo" Liu Fugang, and "Hacker" Gao Haitao, after passing through military training, scientific technology, and cutting-edge knowledge tests, entered the DR force...
The drama "Marching in Youth" is not particularly well-made, as I always feel that the plot resembles some other similar genre films and TV series. However, after watching all episodes, several main characters are still distinctively portrayed. Zhang Yi plays 'Blackie' Liu Fugang, a soldier from Inner Mongolia who enrolled in a modern military academy, coming from a poor family without even a watch. He is honest, simple, kind, and filial. The allowance he receives from the military academy, apart from what he needs for living, is mostly sent back home to his mother. Although Liu Fugang's screen time is not much, many details reveal his honest, cute, caring, and righteous personality. Though silent most of the time, his words often make people burst out laughing. The most interesting part is when 'Blackie' trains the female cadets, which is very amusing! In the drama, he has the best relationship with others. Also, the protagonist 'Hu Yang' and 'Sergeant' are well-performed.
I think Zhang Yi is very suitable for this type of role. From "Migrant Workers", "Soldiers", to "Marching in Youth", he infuses each character with his own essence, such as simplicity, kindness, and humor. Yet, every role is different. I would never associate "Guo Zhendong" with "Sergeant Shi" or "Liu Fugang". I believe this is Zhang Yi's success as an actor. Of course, we hope Sergeant continues to work hard and reach new heights! Meanwhile, he should write more blogs; I am his loyal reader. Sorry for digressing, I suggest you watch this drama "Youth" yourself and experience it firsthand.
