Summary of Episode 8:
Tao Xiaohui asks Qian Erbao what he thinks about the village work. Qian Erbao says that Qian Dabao has a tough job, but the geographical environment here is not good, there are no resources, so Shangshui Village has never had an industrial pillar. This cannot be blamed on Qian Dabao's lack of ability. Tao Xiaohui asks about the fish not tasting good.
