Episode 5:
Feng Hao meets Su Yi at He Li's house and learns that Su Yi will soon become He Li's stepmother. Shocked, Feng Hao doesn't show up at the skating rink where he was supposed to meet He Li. He Li loses the keychain Feng Hao gave her and searches for it in the darkened skating rink. Concerned for He Li, Feng Hao arrives at the rink but intentionally acts coldly toward her. Unaware of Feng Hao's troubles, He Li pulls him aside at school to talk. Coincidentally passing by, Ji Xing and Su Yi see He Li and Feng Hao together, and Ji Xing suggests they all eat together. The four sit down uncomfortably.
Episode 6:
Su Yi meets Shan for the first time, causing her to crash into a car in front of her. Upon hearing about Shan meeting Su Yi, Feng Hao becomes furious with He Li. Feng Hao senses that if he continues seeing He Li, Su Yi will eventually discover Shan's identity, so he decides to break up with He Li. Confused and hurt, He Li moves away. Shan and Sang Tai notice the tension between He Li and Feng Hao and plan to reconcile them. In the end, both He Li and Feng Hao get locked inside a gymnasium.
