Story outline: Forestry University graduate Xie Yongqiang returns to the village awaiting job placement. During this period, he falls deeply in love with Wang Xiaomeng, a local young woman. Xie Yongqiang's father, Xie Guangkun, has always hoped for his son to succeed, and upon hearing about his son's relationship with Wang Xiaomeng, strongly opposes it.
