Good friends who grew up together in Kenting, Hanwen and Liangliang are obsessed with the online pure love writer "Rain Never Stops." They frequently interact with "Rain Never Stops" on a blog under the nickname "Sunny Days." Hanwen, who has never been in love, even falls for "Rain Never Stops," fantasizing that "Rain Never Stops" is as pure and clear as her stories. In real life, "Rain Never Stops," Xiaowei, is an emotionally intense girl whose romantic life keeps getting hurt. After facing her boyfriend's cruel treatment, she lets go of her soon-to-be-published novel and everything in Taipei, secretly escaping to Kenting. Anan, the illustrator of "Rain Never Stops'" novels, due to unsatisfactory cooperation with the publishing house and poor management of the studio he runs with his girlfriend, also takes a bus to Kenting to recover debts.

By chance, Anan meets Hanwen and Liangliang, and the three become good friends. The frequent interactions between Anan and Liangliang make Azuo, who secretly loves Liangliang, extremely jealous. After Hanwen meets Anan, the two big boys who love surfing and have feelings for the sea decide to open a surf shop together. This action causes a stir and also inspires Liangliang to help the national park from a broader perspective. She proposes managing jet ski operators through BOT bidding, which causes strong resistance from local operators. In the fierce protests, Azuo is severely injured while protecting Liangliang.

Xiaowei returns to Taipei to resolve contract issues with the publishing house. Her ex-boyfriend, facing a major crisis in his career, wants to use Xiaowei's fame to promote his latest project and thus approaches Xiaowei. Hanwen, separated from Xiaowei, wants to help Xiaowei solve her contract problems but feels like a fool because of his lack of legal knowledge and can't help Xiaowei...

After meeting Brother Chu, Anan gradually understands Brother Chu's deep affection for Kenting and his grand vision for the tourism industry, hoping to cooperate with Brother Chu to start a business. A group of people join Brother Chu's plan, and just as their business is about to start, Brother Chu goes missing. Where did Brother Chu go? How will they continue their dream for Kenting?...
