Synopsis of Supernatural Season 5:
Jared Padalecki is best known for his role as Dean, the boyfriend of Rory (played by Alexis Bledel) in the TV series "Gilmore Girls." Currently, Padalecki plays the righteous younger brother, Sam Winchester, in CW's fantasy thriller "Supernatural," where he reluctantly teams up with his brother (played by Jensen Ackles) to save their father from evil forces.
On the big screen, audiences recently saw Padalecki in the horror film "The Boy Who Cried Wolf," where he portrayed a student caught up in a serial killing case. He also starred in Warner Bros' "House of Wax" alongside Chad Michael Murray and Paris Hilton. His other film credits include "Red Eye" and "Taking Lives."
Additionally, Padalecki accepted an invitation from director Shawn Levy to play a tailor-made role in "Cheaper by the Dozen 2." He also delivered a remarkable performance in the independent basketball-themed movie "A Little Inside" alongside Kathy Baker and Hallie Kate Eisenberg.
