Plot summary:
Although the story of "Tang Boyu Points Qiuxiang" is familiar to everyone, this time, anti-traditional elements are added to the classic play, adding new meaning. The talented Tang Boyu (Chris Tang), in order to complete the last beauty of the "Nine Beauties Picture," travels to Hangzhou with his loyal follower Qu Ji (Li Sijie) for inspiration. There, he encounters Qiuxiang (Hui杏Er), the maid of the Hua family. Boyu not only admires Qiuxiang's charming beauty but also her impressive "martial" skills. Thus, he disguises himself as a servant named "Hua An" to enter the Hua household, hoping to win Qiuxiang's heart with his talents. However, due to misunderstandings, Qiuxiang becomes increasingly repulsed by Boyu. Only Master Hua Hongshan (Xia Yu) of the Hua family recognizes Boyu's extraordinary abilities. Eventually, Boyu's identity is revealed, and his bond with the Hua family deepens. Yet, Qiuxiang still harbors resentment towards him...
