"Together Again Under the Meteor Shower" is Hunan TV's large-scale youth campus inspirational idol drama co-produced with Tianyu Media and Spring-Autumn风云 Film & Television Planning Co., Ltd. It is another major production following "Together Under the Meteor Shower". The drama mainly tells stories about friendship and love among young people. It is planned to start filming in spring 2010 with the original cast from "Together Under the Meteor Shower", but there will be significant adjustments in plot and character styling.
Compared to the first part, "Meteor 2" has undergone several changes, including a third party between Chu Yujuan and Murong Yunhai. Besides H4, a new playboy joins the "chase girl team", and Du Mu Lei, played by Yu Haoming, finally removes his unpopular "aunt hairstyle" as per public request.
