Rodrigo asks Seagull to quit her job and live with him, leaving her hesitant. With the debt due soon and Riccardo still unable to raise enough money, Rodrigo, as the guarantor, feels uneasy. Seagull and her good friend Nancy work together to uncover the person who framed her – Suzanne.
