Synopsis:
Although the story of "Tang Bohu Dotting Qiu Xiang" is familiar to many, this time around, anti-traditional elements have been added to the classic tale, infusing it with new meaning. The story includes numerous poems, songs, and engaging word games. Tang Bohu goes through countless trials, using his wit and strength to win the heart of his beloved, only to find that the hardest person to impress is the very Qiu Xiang he dreams of day and night. This ultra-new romantic action comedy, filled with lively atmosphere and delightful visuals, is about to be presented before your eyes.
The talented Tang Bohu (Chris Tang), in order to complete his painting of the "Nine Beauties," travels to Hangzhou with his loyal follower Qu Ji (Michael Li) to search for inspiration. There, he encounters Qiu Xiang (Hania Hu), a maid from the Hua household. Not only does Tang Bohu admire Qiu Xiang's enchanting beauty, but he also appreciates her martial prowess. Thus, he disguises himself as a servant named "Hua An" to enter the Hua household, hoping to win Qiu Xiang's heart with his talents. However, due to a series of misunderstandings, Qiu Xiang becomes increasingly repulsed by Tang Bohu. Only Master Hua Hongshan (Summer Xu) of the Hua family has the foresight to recognize Tang Bohu's extraordinary nature. Eventually, Tang Bohu's identity is uncovered, and his bond with the Hua household grows stronger, except for Qiu Xiang, who still harbors resentment towards him...
