Plot Summary:
Fuji TV's OL drama "General Affairs Department II" is a comedy, whereas this drama "Days to Decide Not to Cry" focuses more on the relationships within a company. Nana Eikura plays a newly graduated OL who enters a top company due to good luck despite graduating from a second-rate university. However, her superiors and seniors in the company bully her due to their own stress. She previously played a cute and cheerful protagonist in Fuji TV's January drama "My Cool Butler," but this time she takes on a role without smiles.
Producer Fujimi Hashimoto says, "The theme of this drama is about women striving upward, so there absolutely won't be any superwomen protagonists. It mainly tells the story of how ordinary employees work hard and struggle to survive. I believe that when the audience sees Nana Eikura, who is gentle, strong, and lives positively, they will surely be filled with courage."
After a year since her last leading role in a drama and her first attempt at playing an OL character, Nana Eikura says, "This is my first time wearing an OL uniform, so I feel a bit shy, but also very fresh. This time, I have to play the role of someone being bullied, and I feel quite nervous, but I will strive in this harsh environment!"
