His marriage failed due to infertility, and after being laid off, he became a foot masseur. However, he faced everything with enough optimism and still harbored his own ideals for his career and life - to become a professional massage therapist and a father. By chance, he met Lele, a child with autism, and they hit it off immediately. Lele's mother Mei Hao was abandoned by her husband and was raising Lele alone, falling into financial difficulties.
