Bleach Episode 257 Plot Summary:
Death comes to us all, but after surviving a car accident that should have killed her, Rachel Wilson finds herself pursued by a Grim Reaper who believes she owes him a soul. Struggling to regain her memory in the emergency room, Rachel frantically tries to convince the nurse that death is coming for her and her life hangs in the balance. Supposedly for her own protection, Rachel is locked away in an ancient mental rehabilitation facility. But soon, Rachel discovers that the six other patients in this dilapidated hospital share a peculiar coincidence - they have all cheated death before. In the dead of night, they must confront their deepest fears, their mortality, and the very nature of death itself.
