Synopsis of Red Cradle:
"Red Cradle" is a historical drama that portrays the five years from 1929 to 1934, showcasing the activities of veteran proletarian revolutionaries such as Mao Zedong, Zhu De, Zhou Enlai, Liu Shaoqi, and Deng Xiaoping. They were centered around Ruijin and Tingzhou (now Changting) in southern Jiangxi and western Fujian Soviet areas, conducting a great rehearsal for the construction of the republic.
In 1929, after Mao Zedong, Zhu De, Zhou Enlai, and other senior revolutionaries led the Fourth Army of the Red Army down from Mount Jinggang, they captured Tingzhou and subsequently opened up the revolutionary base areas in southern Jiangxi and western Fujian.
