Synopsis:
In order to save the White Snake, Green Snake (Xiaoqing)冒险冒险闯入天庭 and unexpectedly steals the holy bottle, thus incurring the wrath of heaven and being pursued by celestial forces. Meanwhile, on earth, Bao Ren, who is said by the Taoist monk Xiahou Zhe to be a calamitous star, is finally born. Just as the calamitous star is about to be killed by his own father, the holy bottle appears with Xiaoqing and saves Bao Ren. Subsequently, while trying to evade pursuit, Xiaoqing falls into the Dragon Well.
Eighteen years later, Xiahou Zhe's prophecy comes true; Hangzhou experiences a great drought, and the common people are suffering endlessly. Bao Ren grows up under the reputation of being a calamity star and takes pleasure in planting tea. In order to help the common folk, Bao Ren secretly explores the Dragon Well Mountain at night. Back at the Bao residence, the portrait of Shuangshuang reappears after eighteen years. The holy bottle, sensing a call, leaps out from the Dragon Well and unexpectedly meets Bao Ren. With the help of the holy bottle, Bao Ren finally sees the scene that has been recurring in his dreams, which turns out to be the water source of the Dragon Well Mountain - the Dragon Pool.

There, Bao Ren meets the woman in the painting, Shuangshuang, and her rival, Qian Qingqing. Determined to find the holy bottle to save everyone, the three gradually become good friends. During their search for the holy bottle, their emotions intertwine, and they offend Meng Lang, the ruthless Inspector of the Upper Yangtze River.
Unexpectedly, the holy bottle turns out to be Shuangshuang's personal item. Shuangshuang nearly dies trying to help Bao Ren. Bao Ren is framed by Meng Lang and thrown into prison.
