Plot Summary of Bleach Episode 251:
Death comes to us all, but after surviving a car accident that should have claimed her life, Rachel Wilson finds herself pursued by a Grim Reaper who believes she owes him a soul. Struggling to regain her memory in the emergency room, Rachel frantically tries to convince the nurse that death is coming for her and her life hangs in the balance. Supposedly for her own protection, Rachel is locked away in an ancient mental rehabilitation facility. However, it doesn't take long for Rachel to discover that among the six other patients confined in this dilapidated hospital, there's a coincidence - they've all cheated death before. In the dead of night, they must confront their deepest fears, their own mortality, and the very nature of death itself.
