TVB's October anniversary drama series "Rich Gate" in its entirety, also known as "Money Temptation."

Plot Summary:

"Rich Gate" is centered around a prominent family in the banking industry, beginning with a card shark infiltrating the family and becoming the second son. In the business world, the second son competes against the eldest. Outside of business, both face their own romantic dilemmas: the eldest marries a woman from a prestigious family but has an extramarital affair with his true love, a female lawyer; the second son deeply loves the third sister, who shares no blood relation, yet they cannot be together due to ethical constraints. Is it inevitable for the eldest and his half-brother on the surface to oppose each other? Within this family, the second son experiences the value of familial bonds, but as a card shark, he must choose between profit and family ties—will he be moved by family affection or succumb to greed, leading him down a path of no return? Family affection is innocent, but money tempts sin!

Banker Terence Chak (Louis Koo) mistakenly recognizes card shark Sammy Cha (Aaron Loh) as his half-brother Tak Wing, promoting him to become a significant figure in the banking world. Under the veil of family affection, Chak fails to recognize Cha's malicious intentions, resulting in nurturing a tiger that becomes a menace.

Chak encounters a riot abroad and gets kidnapped. This distressing experience drastically changes his personality. Despite repeated attempts by his loving wife Lady He (Miki Tsui) to counsel and comfort him, she is unable to help him overcome the shadow of shame, which instead drives him back to his old lover, Dorothy Tong (Gigi Leung), shattering years of marital affection.

After entering the Chak family, Cha initially tastes the warmth of family affection and discovers that his beloved is none other than his nominal half-sister, Chak Yan (Maggie Cheung). However, bound by moral principles, Yan suppresses her feelings for Cha and instead turns to her admirer, Gary Kong (Marcus Ma). Unwilling to lose his love yet unwilling to forsake wealth, Cha wavers between emotion and money. Ultimately, he chooses the path of wealth, stepping into the decadent gates of riches and foreshadowing his downfall.

A series of intense battles over money among passionate men, entangled love affairs filled with longing and regret, and severe trials challenging ethics are all set to unfold like arrows on the string.
