Synopsis:
Ultimate Poster - More than two thousand years ago in China, the borders were constantly under threat from foreign tribes. Soldiers from the Central Plains were sent to the frontier to resist external enemies, living for long periods away from their families, friends, and the court in a state of constant warfare. They felt abandoned by the world, left only to struggle against the harsh elements and coexist with fierce wild beasts.
Zhang Anliang is the general responsible for guarding the frontier, and his unit includes a new recruit named Lu Shenkang. Initially, Lu was reluctant to participate in the fighting; the sight of blood-soaked weapons and corpses filled him with fear and disgust. Lu has a kind heart and yearns for peace. Once, he came across a young wolf cub, and instead of killing it, he decided to raise it. Zhang Anliang admired Lu's integrity and courage, gradually becoming close friends with him. Unfortunately, during one battle, Zhang suffered severe injuries and had to be evacuated from the battlefield to save his life. This left Lu Shenkang to fight alone.
