Yingzi, who lives abroad, returned to China from Canada with the thought of her biological daughter. She came back to look for her daughter Ziqing, who was born to her first love Hongbo when she was young. Ziqing, a make-up artist who suffered abuse from her adoptive mother Yuzhi, developed feelings for her famous actor uncle Yushu, who is not blood-related, due to their work relationship.
