Plot Overview:

In the late Ming Dynasty, the government was corrupt, the emperor was incompetent, and the eunuch party was in chaos. The control of the Brocade Guard, originally directly controlled by the emperor, gradually fell into the hands of Grand Eunuch Jia Jingzhong, who plotted rebellion and secretly communicated with Mongolia, intending to split the empire with them.

The top Brocade Guard, Qing Long, is sent by his master to steal the military token but is suddenly framed and hunted down by the Brocade Guard. Together with Qiao Hua, the daughter of the head of Yutian Escort Agency, he escapes through perilous adventures. During their escape, Qing Long gradually uncovers Jia Jingzhong's plot to rebel, and while clearing his own name, he aims to prevent the conspiracy from further implementation.
