Death comes to us all, but after surviving a car accident that should have taken her life, Rachel Wilson finds herself pursued by a Grim Reaper who believes she owes him a soul. Struggling to regain her memory in the emergency room, Rachel frantically tries to convince a nurse that death is coming for her, leaving her life hanging by a thread. Allegedly for her own protection, Rachel is locked away in an ancient mental rehabilitation facility. But soon, Rachel discovers that the six other patients confined in this decrepit hospital share a peculiar coincidence: they have all cheated death before.
