Volleyball Boobs [DVD Chinese subtitles] Plot:
Haruka Ayase plays a young female teacher in the film who, in order to motivate the boys on her class volleyball team to win the match, says "If you win the game, I'll let you see my breasts!" Thus begins a comedy story about middle school students in their adolescence who are full of curiosity about women's bodies.
The story of "Volleyball Boobs" is actually not absurd, as it is based on real events. However, the person who experienced this was not Mizuno himself. When Mizuno was producing a radio program, he met a female teacher who was an advisor to the men's volleyball club. This female teacher told Mizuno over the phone about her personal experience: the students in the club asked her "If the teacher shows us her chest, we will play hard." The teacher agreed that if they won the game, she would fulfill their wish. As a result, these children who usually had no motivation at all went all out and won in the practice match, leaving the teacher in a difficult position. However, this teacher did not end up "exposing herself", and the student captain said that they were just joking.
In an interview with Haruka Ayase, she said that the film would not be as vulgar as people imagine, but rather an inspiring film, hoping to convey to fans the spirit of striving for the ultimate dream.
