Plot Summary:

Fong Hak Ming (played by Richie Jen) is the most elite sniper on the police force. By chance, he meets a military police officer named O (played by Edison Chen) who exudes the qualities of a marksman. Fong invites him to join the sniper unit. After rigorous testing, this young prodigy becomes a police sniper. After joining the team, O vows to become the top marksman. However, there is another legend on the list of marksmen - someone who once overshadowed Hak Ming and held the top position for four years. Where is this person now?

In the solitary confinement cell at Chi Ma Wan Prison, a formidable iron man is imprisoned. His name is Ling Ching (played by Xiaoming Huang). Due to an "accidental killing incident," this former top marksman has become a prisoner. After his release from prison, Ling Ching immediately launches a major counterattack and secretly assists bandits in attacking a prisoner transport vehicle to rescue their leader.
