According to Korean media reports on the morning of October 13 Beijing time, SBS TV's new Monday-Tuesday drama "Angel's Temptation" premiered on the evening of October 12. Thanks to SBS's decision to move the broadcast time of its Monday-Tuesday dramas to 9 PM, "Angel's Temptation" avoided direct competition with the highly popular "Queen Seon Deok". The premiere achieved more than twice the viewership rate of the previously aired "Dream".

According to the viewership data published by TNS Media Korea, the first episode of "Angel's Temptation", which aired on the evening of October 12, achieved a viewership rating of 10.3%. Compared to previous SBS Monday-Tuesday dramas like "Dream" and "The Princess' Man", which garnered ratings around 5%, this represents a significant improvement.

In recent months, MBC TV's "Queen Seon Deok" has dominated the viewership ratings for Monday-Tuesday dramas in Korea. Despite SBS and KBS launching several new dramas, their ratings have been consistently capped at around 5% due to the strong presence of "Queen Seon Deok". To address this, SBS decided to air "Angel's Temptation" at 9 PM instead of the usual 10 PM, successfully avoiding direct competition with "Queen Seon Deok". This strategy proved effective as "Angel's Temptation" achieved a viewership rating above 10% right from its premiere, doubling the approximately 5% rating of the previously aired "Dream".

On the evening of October 12, the viewership rating of "Queen Seon Deok" dropped slightly from its usual levels to 38.1%, while KBS 2TV's Monday-Tuesday drama "The Return of the Princess" continued to hover in single digits, achieving only 6.4%.
