Zhangling Village at the foot of the mountain is a well-known not wealthy village.
One day, Zhang Xifeng, the head of the women's federation in the village, was attending a meeting in town when she unexpectedly found that the village had become chaotic. All the chaos was caused by Ping Taoming, the son of the old village chief Ping Wu.
Ping Taoming worked as an engineering team leader in the city. This time he returned to Zhangling Village specifically to recruit workers for his newly contracted project.
