Ultimate Three Kingdoms Introduction:
Guan Yu and Zhang Fei are high school students, but due to their love for upholding justice, they have been expelled from twenty-four schools, known as the "twenty-four schools!" Just as the two feel desperate after being expelled again, a man with large earlobes suddenly appears. He introduces himself as Liu Bei, courtesy name Xuande, a fallen noble who often changes schools because he can't afford the tuition. Liu Bei proposes a plan, saying that he has noble blood and can attend the best noble school in the country, the "Donghan Academy," but he can't afford the extremely expensive tuition and only royal relatives can enroll. Zhang Fei, being wealthy, says he can help pay everyone's tuition. Liu Bei says that as long as the money issue is resolved, everything can be solved. He suggests the three of them become sworn brothers, making all of them royal relatives and thus eligible to enroll. So, the three go to a beautiful and meaningful place to swear allegiance - just as they finish the last sentence: 'We do not seek to be born on the same day, but we wish to die on the same day,' four people from the Jin timeline, Xiu, Wang Dadi, Ding Xiaoyu, and Wang Yase, accidentally pass through a space-time portal into the Yin timeline. Because Wang Dadi accidentally drops a coin which knocks over an empty can, starting a chain reaction, the falling rock created by Wang Dadi hits Liu Bei, killing him! Guan Yu, who values promises, wants to follow his elder brother and die on the same day. Zhang Fei tries to stop him but fails, so he knocks Guan Yu unconscious first. They then discover that Liu Bei isn't dead, just severely injured and unconscious. After discussing with Wang Dadi, Xiaoyu, and Yase, they decide to leave Xiu in the Yin timeline as a substitute (since Xiu's counterpart in the Yin timeline is Liu Bei). Although unwilling, Xiu reluctantly agrees to maintain the order of space-time. The other three take the seriously injured Liu Bei back to the Jin timeline for treatment. When Guan Yu wakes up, he finds that the fake Liu Bei, impersonated by Xiu, is still alive and is very happy. Zhang Fei is also glad that they don't have to die together. Thus, the three finally come to the "Donghan Academy," where Guan Yu and Zhang Fei believe they can make a name for themselves.
The three hope to graduate from Donghan Academy, but due to its size and prominence, it attracts attacks from the Yellow Turban High School and Hedong High School (where Dong Zhuo is the principal), putting Donghan Academy in constant danger. Master Zuo Ci even designed an 'Eight Gates Golden Lock Array' at the school gate to prevent students from attending classes. Naturally, the three cannot stand idly by and must break the array. However, breaking the Eight Gates Golden Lock Array is no easy task. Even Liu Bei Xiu and Xiao Qiao are trapped in the array, facing life-threatening dangers. Therefore, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei accept the suggestion of the student president Cao Cao and find an extremely resilient and cheerful young man named Ma Chao, along with Ma Chao's good friend, a perfect marksman named Huang Zhong, to help break the array. Additionally, they enlist the help of Zhao Yun, a super handsome youth who has always been at odds with them. Together, the five break the array and rescue Liu Bei Xiu and Xiao Qiao. During the process of breaking the array, Guan Yu saves Zhao Yun's life by blocking an arrow for him in a critical moment, resolving the grudge between Zhao Yun and Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. From then on, Zhao Yun calls the other four brothers and becomes close friends, jointly breaking the Eight Gates Golden Lock Array.
After breaking the array and making new brothers, they originally thought they could smoothly finish high school, but on one side, the Yellow Turban High School was watching closely, wanting to seize the resources of Donghan Academy, while on the other side, Dong Zhuo, the principal of Hedong High School, Cao Cao, the student president of Donghan Academy, and Yuan Shao, the leader of the Guandong School Alliance, were all ambitious for the throne of the 'Alliance Leader' held by the young emperor. This destined Liu Bei and the Five Tigers to never live a peaceful campus life. A battle for supremacy is about to begin...
