Introduction to the Plot of Two Wives:

"Two Wives" tells the story of a man who loses his memory due to a traffic accident and the series of events that unfold between his ex-wife and current fiancée.

Son Tae-young plays Han Ji-sook, an unmarried mother who independently runs a high-end wine shop and flower shop. With a personality that oscillates between calmness and passion, Ji-sook fell in love with her boyfriend while studying in the U.S. and had a child, but she returned to Korea alone without marrying him. Despite family attempts to introduce her to many men, all of them demanded a high divorce settlement if they were to separate in the future. Already disillusioned with men and deciding to live alone, Ji-sook meets Kang Cheol-soo (Kim Ho-jun) and falls in love with this romantic writer who shows no concern for money. As a full-time writer, Cheol-soo is a struggling author without any notable works, earning a living by working part-time as a university lecturer and writing essays. The household finances are naturally controlled by his wife, Yoon Young-hi. After ten years of marriage, feeling that his wife only cares about money, Cheol-soo gradually distances himself from her. Participating in an online "husband lending" activity for novel research, Cheol-soo meets the unmarried mother Ji-sook and becomes attracted to her. After divorcing his wife, Cheol-soo begins a new romance with Ji-sook and they plan to get married. However, before the wedding, Cheol-soo is involved in a traffic accident, sustaining serious injuries and falling into a coma for a month. Upon waking up, Cheol-soo suffers from amnesia. The amnesiac Cheol-soo only remembers his ex-wife Yoon Young-hi (Kim Ji-young), but forgets his current girlfriend Han Ji-sook. The sudden car accident plunges the three into an awkward and complex situation. Yoon Young-hi's immature younger brother Yoon Nam-jun (Andy) is an idle and jobless loafer. Despite his polished exterior, he's a troublemaker and will engage in a May-December romance with Zhao Mei Mei played by Lee Yu-jung.
