"Brilliant Inheritance" Plot Introduction:
Enxing (played by Han Hyo-joo) is a simple and beautiful girl who lived with her father and younger brother after her mother passed away from illness when she was six years old. When Enxing was in high school, her father remarried, giving Enxing a new younger sister Chengmei (played by Moon Chae-won). Her stepmother Bai Chengxi is a deeply calculating woman who outwardly shows great care for Enxing and her brother, but secretly has designs on her father's wealth. Suddenly, Enxing’s father’s company faces a bankruptcy crisis, and he passes away from the shock, leaving all his assets to his second wife. Enxing and her younger brother end up on the streets. By chance, Enxing gets a job at Chengxin Food Company, and after much hardship, finally succeeds and finds true love.
