Director Liu Jishu's third part of the "Peasant Trilogy", "Golden Peasant", is currently being broadcast on CCTV Channel One. The director didn't make it up
In the 21st century, what can lead the villagers to wealth? The answer is to build an eco-friendly pig farm like Jin Cheng and jointly build an ecological agricultural cooperative. Cheng Yu, known as the "police specialist", plays Jin Cheng. Under the circumstances where the village paper mill is closed and loses the trust of the villagers, Professor Jin Gu played by Li Jia gives him timely help. However, Jin Gu is also misunderstood by her husband as having transferred her affection to Jin Cheng, causing a lot of misunderstandings.

For example, in episode 16, when Da Tulu guards the village's rice and gets drunk, causing trouble, the plot where Jin Cheng punishes him by making him embarrass himself is very interesting. Actors were not chosen randomly
This drama follows "My Brother is Shunliu" and was aired on CCTV last night. Four episodes have been broadcast so far. In the drama, Jin Cheng is very honest, caring about big and small matters in the village. But compared to official duties, everyone expects more from this middle-aged man's personal affairs.
Liu Jishu admitted to the reporter that besides leading the villagers to wealth, "the love story is also one of the highlights. The person played by Cheng Yu is someone who is brave, strategic, and not lacking in humor, but in the end, he didn't choose either of them."
Then, wasn't it risky to choose Li Jia, a Southern girl, to play in a Northeast rural drama? Liu Jishu doesn't see it that way. On the contrary, he believes that Li Jia is quite suitable for Jin Gu: "Li Jia looks like an intellectual from the outside, and her temperament fits perfectly."
