Synopsis:

Wang's mother asks Shengtian to accompany Su Ling to plead with Maoxiong. Shengtian agrees and goes together with Su Ling to beg Maoxiong. Maoxiong remains aloof despite their humble plea. He even mocks them saying, "Why isn't the child's biological father here to show concern!" Su Ling tells Maoxiong that if he saves Tingting, she will make Dazhong come and plead with him!
