It is a key promotional drama for TVB in 2009, produced by Catherine Wong. This drama is one of the featured series in the 2008 and 2009 TVB Program Presentations, and it belongs to the series of "Heart of Greed" and "Heart of Greed II". However, it has no connection to the previous two series in terms of storyline. With the arrangement of the Housing Authority, some fire and explosion scenes were filmed within the estate of Wong Chuk Hang Village before its clearance at the end of June 2008. Other parts were filmed in an industrial building near Kai Tak Tunnel in To Kwa Wan.
