Enxing (played by Han Hyo-joo) is a simple and beautiful girl who lived with her father and younger brother after her mother passed away due to illness when she was six years old. When she was in high school, her father remarried, giving Enxing a step-sister named Chengmei (played by Moon Chae-won). Bai Chengxi, Enxing's stepmother, is a very scheming woman who outwardly shows great care for Enxing and her brother but secretly has designs on her husband's wealth. Suddenly, Enxing's father's company faces a bankruptcy crisis. Unable to bear the shock, Enxing's father passes away, and all the family assets are taken by the stepmother, leaving Enxing and her younger brother homeless and living on the streets. By chance, Enxing gets a job at the Zhongcheng Food Company. After going through many difficulties, she finally achieves success and finds her true love.
