Introduction to the plot of Decoding Humanity:
Dr. Gary Ko (Frankie Fang), a senior psychiatrist at Renhe Hospital, is a doctor with both compassion and medical skills. He treats severe schizophrenia as well as mild psychological distress. Dr. Ko not only treats patients with medication but also through psychoanalysis, tracing the root cause of symptoms in a fascinating and intriguing process. His good friends include fellow psychiatrist Dr. Vincent Lian (Alex Jiang) and nurse Ricky Lee (Bosco Wong). Ricky is equally dedicated to helping others, overcoming numerous obstacles while caring for a patient with bulimia, Ms. Josephine Sun (Charmaine Yeung), eventually becoming a couple. Dr. Ko's marriage has failed, leaving him with a daughter. After his divorce, he has lost hope in love until he meets Detective Mandy Mo (Jojo Hsu). Through frequent collaborations on cases, they develop feelings for each other. However, Detective Mo refuses Dr. Ko due to concerns about her family's genetic mental illness potentially recurring.

Jojo Hsu, who has always described herself as having a tomboy personality, finally fulfills her wish in the new series "Decoding Humanity" (formerly titled "Heartfelt Treatment") by transforming into a tough CID officer. She also appears in full female biker gear, looking both stylish and capable. Behind the striking appearance, her character encounters psychiatrist Frankie Fang due to inheriting a family history of mental illness, leading to a romantic connection.
In the new series "Decoding Humanity," Jojo Hsu often appears in a female biker outfit. In reality, however, she does not have a motorcycle license, so during filming, a stunt double was hired to perform the motorcycle scenes. Jojo says, "I do plan to get my motorcycle license because it will be more convenient for future dramas." In this series, Jojo Hsu plays a CID policewoman who is both skilled and knows how to ride motorcycles, exuding a cool style. She mentions, "My character in the show is very capable but needs treatment due to inherited family mental illness. Before filming, I specifically researched the causes and types of mental illnesses.
