Masked Rider Decade Episode 22 Plot:
The 7th installment of the Heisei Kamen Rider series, also marking the 35th anniversary of Kamen Rider's debut. As a commemorative work, insect-inspired designs are once again adopted. The protagonist, Tota Kazuma, transforms into Kabuto, known as the strongest rider. The story begins with Shibuya being destroyed by a falling cosmic meteorite. Seven years later, alien creatures called Worms appear and start killing humans. Even with the deployment of Japan’s special organization ZECT, their efforts prove futile. Member Shinkawa Kaoru knows that only the developed belt can match the power of these alien beings, and it falls into the hands of Tota Kazuma, who possesses a calm mind and agile skills. He gains control over the Kabuto Zecter in its beetle form and transforms into Kamen Rider Kabuto to defeat the Worms.
The Worms, which fell to Earth seven years ago alongside the meteorite that destroyed Shibuya, initially appear in a green "pupa" form. Their uniform appearance features two hands covering their face. They can mimic the appearance, behavior, and voice of any human they encounter, using this ability to kill and invade human society. Even ZECT’s military weapons cannot harm the Worms. When the pupa evolves and sheds its skin to become an adult, their appearances change significantly, and their activity and destructive capabilities greatly increase. They can also perform accelerated movements beyond human perception, a phenomenon known as "CLOCK UP."
