Young-min was originally a police officer, but due to mental issues, he accidentally killed his colleague and was subsequently dismissed from his post. Later, he started working in the security department of a department store, yet he still couldn't adjust to his new life.

The department store where Young-min works had been closed a year earlier due to a major fire. In the week leading up to its reopening, a series of murders began occurring within the department store. However, the police were completely baffled by these murders, only knowing that all the victims had died in front of mirrors.

With no progress on the case, rumors began to spread, including that the murders were committed by the vengeful spirits of those who had died in the previous fire. There were also whispers pointing to Young-min's past...
