Gong Jin is a young gynecologist working at Donghua Hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University. On May 12th, he just arrived at Chengdu to visit relatives. On May 13th, Gong Jin came to Dujiangyan, one of the worst disaster areas, and participated in rescue operations. He was just an ordinary volunteer on the scene.
