Tangshan Earthquake Survivor's Urgent Suggestions for the Wenchuan Earthquake Relief Efforts

Seeing the massive earthquake in the Wenchuan region, seeing our compatriots' lives under threat, and seeing the rescue traffic blocked... I am extremely anxious!!! As a survivor of the Tangshan earthquake, I feel even more empathy. Therefore, I have a few suggestions to offer for the earthquake relief efforts.
