According to foreign media reports, ZM Architecture based in Glasgow, UK claims that they plan to build a solar panel named "Water Lily" on the Clyde River in Glasgow. Unlike others, this solar panel is extremely artistic in design. They float on the water and can collect solar energy for use by consumers.
