Hair burned and body smoking: Boy survives 25,000-volt electric shock

A 16-year-old boy named Sam Cunningham from Wigan, England, was retrieving a runaway rugby ball from a railway bridge nearby when he suffered a 25000-volt electric shock on the bridge.
